Mild steel
Mild steel is a type of steel that is often used for the manufacturing of fence materials.
It has a lower proportion of carbon than other kinds of steel, and is also sometimes known as low carbon steel.
Mild steel is more workable than other kinds of steel, so it can be used in a variety of applications, but it is more prone to corrosion (rusting) than steel alloys like stainless steel.
