Rivets
Rivets, also known as pop rivets, are an easy-to-use, affordable, and relatively secure alternative to screws and bolts in the manufacture and installation of fencing.
In the fence world, rivets can be used for a variety of things, from attaching electric fence insulators to posts or brackets to attaching pickets or pales to horizontal rails of palisade fence systems.
Rivets come in a huge range of sizes, diameters, and lengths, and they can also be manufactured from a variety of materials.
Rivets do work best when both of the items you want to attach have a pre-drilled hole, so they're not an alternative to something like a self drilling screw or a tech screw.
