T posts
T posts are affordable, easy-to-install fence posts or uprights that are often used for temporary and semi-permanent fences and for farm fences or agricultural fence.
Unlike most fence posts, which require you to use a concrete footing or to pound your posts in using some kind of equipment, t-posts are easy to install with very basic tools.
They are called t-posts because their shape, in cross section, looks like a T, and they are usually made from steel and painted to protect them from the elements.
T-posts are lightweight, affordable and come in a variety of lengths, so you can use them for many different fence types and heights.
